History of Laxmi Narayan Temple of Varanasi Uttar Pradesh-:


A little over a century ago, King Raghu Ji Bhonsle of Nagpur of Maharashtra

built the Laxmi Narayan Temple. .; Even though this palace is gorgeous to look at, its feeling is equally magical. King Bhosle had built this palace for himself and his family members to stay in whenever they visited Kashi.


The rest of the day, this palace would serve as the place of stay for pilgrims from

Maharashtra who had come to Kashi to perform their pilgrimage.


Originally, the Ghat was known as Nageshwar Ghat. King Raghu Ji built a solid

pier and palace on this site in 1780. After finishing the palace and Ghat work

the king named them both after the Bhosle family.


There were lots of devotees who used to come to this Palace during the Varanasi

pilgrimage, so the king was thought to build a grand temple of Laxmi Narayan for devotees.


There is no doubt that Shiva is everywhere on this planet, and Kashi is devoted to

Lord Shiva therefore he is enthroned in all parts of nature and every particle.

As this temple falls in the Vishnu Section of Kashi and on the banks of the Ganges,

therefore In the temple, he established a Shivlinga and named Raghurajeshwar and

as well as built a wonderful balcony near the river Ganga at the temple's main

entrance,  further He also established deities like Laxmi Narayan, Radha Krishan,

Nagraj, and Raghurajeshwar in this temple.  He consecrated life in the deity of

Nagraj, and it is said that this idol of Nagraj is not an ordinary idol.

We can observe easily. here only not a single snake, rather there are a lot of snakes,

and what is surprising is that the snakes are all in love with each other. 

The snakes here are very peaceful , and it is hard to count how many there are.

We can see Maharashtrians presently live all around the temple, including a lot of

their own homes.

the sun temple in Konark. It is said that once you enter the temple your mind will be

completely relaxed and you will feel deep peace. It is an ancient belief that all your

desires are fulfilled in this magical temple and Laxmi Narayan gives you everything

you desire.


How to reach Laxmi Narayan Temple of Varanasi Uttar Pradesh-:


The Laxmi Narayan temple is located twelve kilometers from the Varanasi Railway Station. Bhonsle temple

being situated in a narrow lane, Therefore it makes it impossible for any car to pass

through a narrow lane to  Bhosle Ghat, that's why it is only accessible to reach there

by foot,motorbike or by boat.

The temple is situated along the banks of the Ganga. If you are arriving in a vehicle,

then you have to drive until Maidagin or Chowk. After that, you have to walk through

a narrow lane to reach the temple. And If you prefer the boat, you can board from

Assi, Dashswamedh, or any other Ghats. You will need to get off at Bhosle Ghat and

then proceed up the steps to reach the Laxmi Narayan temple.
